  • Multiple use of local materials and construction methodologies involving the construction of stones, gypsum, clay and red bricks in addition to development of the available local materials
  • Management of urban, rural and development projects with public participation.
  • Applying Arcology Methodologies throughout research in climate, social, cultural and economic dimensions.
  • Participates in several technical studies which include the definition and identification of financing projects, the implementation phase, structural and architectural designs in addition to the implementation and supervision with the participation of all stakeholders, including the use of available local materials, the development of sites and the management of the handover of residential housing units.
